It was a very rewarding experience. I signed up for this program in the first place to exercise my English expression ability and improve my English level, and in the second place to improve my academic ability and accomplishment. Now, it seems, those goals have largely been achieved. In order to make sure that I could follow every class, I would preview the PPT of the professor's class and search for literature in advance. On the whole, the content of the course is full, the attitude of course organization is very serious, and the teaching method is reasonable. Participating in this project, I also made progress in many aspects. First, I improved my English expression ability, second, I learned how to present, think critically, read critically and write critically, and third, I improved my teamwork ability and so on. In the many classes I have attended, what has benefited me the most and impressed me the most is Professor's explanation of how to present and make a speech. The professor explained how to prepare for presentations in many ways, including overcoming fears, overcoming language barriers, using body language, practicing more, and self-evaluation. The professor also introduced some common structures for presentation and how to design slides, which are very useful for our future study and work. At the same time, I also encountered some problems during the process of the project. The biggest problem is that some contents are difficult to understand. I hope that similar projects in the future can be explained more in professional terms. Finally, I would like to thank the two professors for their wonderful explanation, thank each teaching assistant for their hard work, and thank each of the three groups of students for their accompanying growth!
