First of all, I was very excited about this holiday exchange programme and was very satisfied afterwards. For a freshman in the Philosophy Department, such an academic exchange experience in full English is very valuable. Although I may have been a little weak in the language, I did my best to keep up with the teachers and to fully enjoy the learning process.
Secondly, in the course of this study, I met many excellent senior brothers and sisters. They have solid knowledge, academic success, excellent ability, modest personality, and professional course instructors are knowledgeable, well-cited, and full of personality charm. All of this has enriched this hard and arduous learning journey. In their company, I gained mentors, friends and wisdom.
At the same time, we have gradually completed an English academic paper on ethics. We gradually explore the writing ideas and processes of academic papers, and state our ideas in independent thinking. At the same time, the professor also follows up at any time to provide communication and help according to our writing progress. Professors' professional and patient answers are an indispensable part of the two-hour course. Ideas generate sparks in the collision. When we are confused about the knowledge and put forward, the professor encouraged us to answer one by one.
Finally, in this winter holiday English exchange project, we learned various ethics schools through various thought experiments and the PPT carefully made by the professor. We not only understand the views of various philosophers, but also learn to criticize and defend their views. In the process of dialectical thinking, we also exercise our thinking ability.
The goal of normative ethics is to provide a series of reliable system rules for moral practice. Although it is biased towards theoretical construction, its content is still closely related to reality. Philosophy learning has always been from boring to enjoying the psychological state. In this exchange project, I took the first step to try bravely, and I will work harder and enjoy the process of philosophy learning.
