On October 19, 2019, after a round of assessments and preparations, we finally came to Boston, USA, to open a week of academic exchanges. Stepping on this strange land, I was excited to sweep away the exhaustion of more than ten hours, and the feeling of exotic style came to the surface.
In the next few days, we experienced the academic atmosphere of famous universities at Harvard University, read valuable literature materials at Harvard-Yanjing Library and other libraries, exchange topics with Harvard scholars, and develop research ideas in humanities lectures. We experience the world in all aspects and at multiple levels.
During this time, Ms. Meng worked hard for our trips every day, took care of the living of the students, and actively contacted the US to build a friendly platform for academic exchanges. Through this trip, I was even more moved by the seriousness and responsibility of the college teachers, and felt the warmth and pride of being a sociology student.
I am grateful to the School of Philosophy and Sociology at Jilin University for providing us with such a valuable opportunity to visit. This trip will surely benefit us for life and become an invaluable asset in our study life.
