Biography
He Lai, male, was born in 1969.
He got his Ph.D. in philosophy at Jilin University in 1996. Since 2000, he has been employed as a professor at Jilin University School of Philosophy and Sociology and since 2001 he has been a doctoral supervisor. Since 2008, he has been the dean of the School of Philosophy and Sociology, Jilin University. Since 2004, he has been the associate director of the Center for Fundamentals of Philosophy of Jilin University which is a key research base of the Ministry of Education. He has held visiting appointments at Stanford University in the United States, Oxford University in the United Kingdom, and Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
