Biography
Male, born in November 1956 in Changchun City, Jilin Province. Ph.D. in Philosophy and professor and Ph.D. supervisor of the School of Philosophy and Sociology of Jilin University. The vice president of the China Population and Environmental Sociology society and executive director of the Jilin Sociological Society.
1999: He participated in the third Sociological Methodology Advanced Seminar sponsored by the Ford Foundation.
2012: He was a visiting scholar at Boston College, USA.
2006: He participated in the training class for teaching and researching philosophy and social science in the university under administration by the Ministry of Education.
Research Interests
Environmental Sociology, Economic Sociology, and Social Research Methods.
